Terms of Sale:
* If you need to make payments please go to your bank or credit card company. We are not a bank. We will accept Visa or Mastercard checks. The horse does not leave until they have cleared the bank.
* A 50% minimum deposit is required on purchases per horse. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied toward the purchase of another horse.
* Prices and availability are subject to change. I reserve the right to refuse any sale, if I feel it's in the best interest of the horse!!
* Within the US - We will accept cash, money order, or credit card through Pay Pal on any horse. (Subject To 5% Surcharge Fee) Will also accept personal checks, BUT check must clear the bank before sales horse will be allowed to leave seller's property.
*Out of the US - We will only accept a direct deposit after our bank checks out your bank.
* All horses purchased for over $1,000 come with a current health certificate and coggins for OUT OF STATE OR INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORT.
* For purchase prices less than $1,000, cost for health certificates and coggins are the responsibility of the buyer, however we can help you arrange for these to be done very reasonable.
* Additionally, shipping fees and arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer. However, we can recommend reliable, careful shippers who are accustomed to transporting miniatures within the U.S. or Internationally. We will not handle the shippers money at any time.
* Horses are available for pre-purchase inspection at anytime prior to purchase at buyers expense. Seeing horses in person is encouraged and recommended.
* Discounts may be given if more than one horse is purchased. Excludes horses that are already offered at reduced prices.
* Any horse that is not paid in full within 30 days MUST be insured or the buyer takes responsibilty for that horse.
* Horses are sold with no guarantees, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
* We would be happy to give you a list of people to contact to see if they were happy with the horses they purchased from us.
* Once a deposit is taken on a horse the buyer has 30 days to pay the balance or they will forfeit all money paid and the horse will go up for sale again.

Tajah is a beautiful little mare that is sired by a Gold Melody bred stallion. He is black and his sire and grandsire are palominos. Tajah's dam is a palomino mare who is one of our best producing mares. These horses are our best movers too. Take a look at her sisters record of Liberty wins.
Referee and his daughter "Helen" were tested by Purdue Vet Hospital; found to be 100% deaf; and expert opinion links the deafness to a genetic condition tied to the overo coloring.
Referee was a Reserve National Champion in color while shown with his sire and his full brother.
Referee was offered for sale for $25,000 as a double registered breeding stallion when I purchased him almost 6 yrs ago but I still have no registration papers for him so I must offer him as an unregistered mini at this time.
